Villa Mavalo has been designed for optimal privacy and use of outdoor spaces. The large living room and open plan kitchen both give access to a large covered patio and the swimming pool. The living room opens up onto the patio by means of two large sliding doors. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is accessed from the living room, the two guest suites are accessible from the other side of the living room, through a passage. Attached to the kitchen is a spacious scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. All rooms (including the living room) have been equipped with airconditioning units.

The spacious master bedroom has direct access to the main covered patio by means of a sliding door. The master bedroom comes with a luxurious king size bed & ensuite bathroom. Above the kitchen is a mezzanine level with a double bed. The mezzanine level is accessible from the living room and can be used as an additional sleeping area.
